The jewel of Vitor’s Bistro is our exclusive Chef’s Table, where Vitor personally designs a bespoke multi-course tasting menu for each intimate seating.

 

Imagine an evening spent at the Chef’s table as Vitor prepares each dish just for you. Watch as he sources the finest seasonal ingredients and eloquently plates each course, explaining his artistic vision for the menu.

 

No two Chef’s Table experiences are alike. Vitor carefully crafts new dishes each week to showcase his latest culinary inspirations. Menus may feature his take on global flavors, ingredients from his garden, and local trends.

 

Each Chef’s Table seating accommodates  2- 8 guests for an intimate, memorable evening. Vitor makes it his mission to connect with every guest and make this a once-in-a-lifetime food journey.

 

The Chef’s Table lasts 2-3 hours and features a personalized tasting menu with 5-9 courses. You’ll enjoy off-menu signatures like:

 

  • Pan seared foie gras with poached peach, vanilla bean syrup, and crunchy peanut brittle

  • Miso glazed cod with bok choy, shiitake mushrooms, and forbidden rice

  • Dry aged ribeye with bone marrow butter, truffle pomme puree, and crispy shallots

  • Warm chocolate ganache cake with salted caramel, cocoa nib ice cream, and caramelized banana

 

 

Pricing starts at $125 per person and additional courses and wine pairings are available. Seats are extremely limited, with two day notice required, as Chef Vitor must source all ingredients fresh. Make your reservation at our Chef’s Table today
